Industries Qatar “IQ” is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 6th Mar,2024, has approved the distribution of cash dividends for 2023 amounting to QAR 0.78 per share, equivalent to 78% of the nominal value.
In accordance with QFMA’s Board Decision No. (7) of 2023 concerning Rules of Dividend Distribution in Shareholding Companies listed on the Financial Markets, IQ will transfer the dividend amounts for the year 2023 to Edaa for distribution to eligible shareholders as per the regulatory requirements issued by Qatar Financial Market Authority.
Shareholders are kindly requested to contact Edaa for any clarifications regarding the dividend distribution for the year 2023.
